💥Out of the large number of people on Mt Carmel, including a desperate and humbled King Ahab, only Elijah heard God announce the coming of abundant rain.

🎯When He wants a job done, He picks a unique person, usually someone suitable to be a vessel, and it is done.

💥As difficult as the job of freeing the Israelites from bondage was, He used a man at the backside of the desert – Moses.

💥God needed only one of the sons of Jesse to save Israel from Goliath’s terrorism and to take over after the fall of Saul.

🎯The Scriptures show that God uses prophets as vessels and has always been on the lookout for individuals who are special in a particular way:

💥The one person who can pay the price to be chosen by God for His assignment.

🎯Paul, one of such people, who became so powerful that his handkerchiefs were used for special miracles, shared some the qualities of individuals God looks for:

💥They include discipline of the body against sin; regular fasting; and watching.

💥For that special person, the Word of God is food and the joy of the Lord is strength, which is renewed by waiting on Him

💥The individual is satisfied by the Holy Spirit, rather than by money, sex, alcohol and other preferences of the world.

🎯But to be the special individual, one must belong to God, which begins by surrendering to Him.
