President Buhari presided over the meeting at the Council Chamber of the State House, Abuja.
* A minute silence in honour of former Kwara State Military Administrator retired Brig-Gen. Ahmed Aboki Abdallah, who died recently, was observed by the cabinet members.
* At the media briefing that followed the meeting, Minister of the FCT, Mohammed Bello said the Council approved N5.9 billion for three projects under the Ministry of the Federal Capital Territory (FCT).
* Minister of Health Dr. Osagie Ehanire said FG would not be able to put a date on when the expected COVID-19 vaccines would be delivered to Nigeria.
* The meeting was physically attended by Vice President Yemi Osinbajo, Secretary to the Government of the Federation, Boss Mustapha, Chief of Staff to the President, Prof. Ibrahim Gambari and 10 ministers. Others participated from their offices.
