29 Aug Spiritual lessons for greatness
The next big thing in your life could be a small thing, but it will be bigger than you think.
🎯The Scripture enjoins us not to “despise small beginnings, for the Lord rejoices to see the work begin.”
🎯God doesn’t put labels on greatness so don’t expect to see a door marked “Greatness.”
🎯Those things that look little right now could be bigger than you think
🎯Those little things are getting you ready
🎯When God wants to something great, He tests you with the small things
🎯The next big thing is a small thing but take it seriously
🎯Also, rejoice when you are afflicted because you could be in the boot camp of greatness
🎯After the preparation with small things, be prepared to face the giant.
🎯Whenever you are close to your throne, a giant will show up.
🎯Scary as it may be, it is just an alarm system to announce the throne.
🎯Don’t run away from the giant because you would be running from your destiny.
🎯After his preparation in the bush fighting wild animals, David’s giant was Goliath.
🎯David run to Goliath, his giant, when others were running away
🎯You have to fight the giant yourself because it was you God chose
🎯And you don’t have to be scared because God will use what you have, what you are used to, in your fight with the giant.
💥Who would have thought that a giant, who terrorized the whole of Israel, could be killed with a sling shot?
🎯But that is God! “All glory to God, who is able, through his mighty power at work within us, to accomplish infinitely more than we might ask or think.”
