04 Aug The stupidity of limiting God.
A businessman would never forget this journey to India as a tourist.
🎯There he saw a large elephant tethered to a small stake in the jungle near Bengaluru.
🎯He was amazed to see this huge animal stay hitched to such a tiny object.
🎯The man asked the elephant trainer, “How can you keep such a large elephant tied to such a small stake?”
💥The trainer replied, “When the elephants are small, they try to pull out the stake and fail. For their entire lives, they continue to follow old habits and never change.”
🎯The business leader realized that many people were like those elephants, trapped by past habits, limiting themselves, limiting God; and not realizing their capabilities or full potential.
🎯In a way, many of use behave like the elephant in India We focus on our weaknesses and past mistakes.
🎯We are intimidated by the giants around us and trapped by habits and attitudes formed in their past.
🎯The Bible tells us that everything is new when we become believers and “all things are possible for the one who believes”
🎯Yet, we limit God and accept less than the abundance He has provided.
🎯Dare to believe God’s Word!
