With the Scriptures replete with evidence of God’s authority power and control, there is no physical or spiritual need for God to prove Himself

🎯Yet as God, He continues to manifest His power through important interventions in the affairs of man.

🎯But His methods are varied – some come in months, while some, depending on the urgency, are instant.

💥Sarah’s miracle, although ordered by God Himself, took 9 months of pregnancy to birth Isaac.

💥Some miracles take a month. Goliath terrorized the nation of Israel for about a month before David showed up to kill him.

💥Lazarus was dead for about one week before Jesus arrived the tomb to raise him from the dead

💥It took a day for Elisha’s prophecy of abundance in famine-stricken Samaria, which had recorded a case of cannibalism because of hunger, to manifest.

🎯But some miracles can’t wait; they must be instant.

That was Elijah’s prayer, when hundreds of Baal’s prophets waited for him to prove that he had a superior God.

🎯He prayed: “ Lord, the God of Abraham,Isaac and Israel, let it be known today that you are God in Israel and that I am your servant and have done all these things at your command. Answer me, Lord, answer me, so these people will know that you, Lord, are God.”

💥Elijah called on God to manifest His power; prove Himself and instantly fire fell.

💥The miracle in the furnace of fire to save Shederack, Meshack, and Abedenego couldn’t have waited.

🎯As we pray for His intervention, God knows miracles that should be delivered instantly for those who are His children and have good relationship with Him.

💥We can’t call on Him to prove Himself when we don’t belong to Him
