God is a God of Abundance.
🎯When He was introducing Himself to Abraham for the first time, He said He is Jehovah ElShadai.
🎯According to Bible scholars, by that He likened Himself to the breast of a nursing mother, which has enough milk to breastfeed as many babies as are born until they wean.
🎯Our All-Sufficient God is more than enough, who provides in abundance.
As King of Glory, it is wrong to associate Him with poverty and lack.
🎯When He blesses, it is full and abundant
💥The Scripture shows that in His feeding of over 5,000 people with the lunch of a boy.
💥Jesus lifted it to Him for blessing and it multiplied to feed that number, with a leftover of 12 baskets
🎯His blessing is extraordinary and overflowing.
💥For example, He provides joy unspeakable and His peace passes all understanding.
🎯But because of the tendency for beneficiaries to forget their source, flood of abundance could be dangerous.
💥When He blessed King Solomon, it was with so much gold that silver was worthless to him
💥But in the end he strayed by marrying 700 hundred wives, with 300 additional concubines, who influenced his choice of other gods.
🎯The God who elevates man is the same God who demotes those who forget Him, those who refuse to worship Him to enjoy the abundance He provides.
🎯That was why Jesus admonished us to seek the Kingdom of God first in our quest for abundance.
🎯That is the security of our abundance; that is what makes it sustainable.
🎯It all starts by surrendering to Him and serving Him till the end.
