We have been assured of many mansions in Heaven but do you have one?

🎯Jesus said, “ In my Father’s house are many mansions; if it is not so I would have told you. I go to prepare a place for you. And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come again, and receive you unto myself; that where I am, there ye may be also.”

💥A house, a physical structure where we live, could also mean a family or one’s roots.

🎯But in the context used by Jesus, it is a large compound of a collection of mansions.

🎯From Scripture accounts and that of those who have had the spiritual privilege of seeing heaven, it is a place of indescribable beauty with mansions and pavements of pure gold.

🎯Yet, Jesus’s invitation to His Father’s house to live with Them, is dependent on our level of intimacy with them here on earth.

💥On the Mountain of Transfiguration, although all 12 disciples went with Him to the foot of the mountain, only 3 of them were taken up to witness the exercise.

💥Also, during His crucifixion, only John was there to witness it and to be handed the responsibility of the care of Jesus’ mother.

🎯So, how close we will be with Him in Heaven will depend on our intimacy with Him here on earth.

🎯We need to be close to God for Jesus to reserve a mansion for us in His Father’s House.
