Nigeria recorded 112 new cases and zero deaths on Saturday. So far, 64,996 cases have been confirmed; 61, 029 recoveries; and 1163 deaths. The 112 new cases are reported from 15 states: FCT (27), Oyo (27), Bayelsa (9), Rivers (9), Delta (7), Edo (5), Kaduna (5), Ogun (5), Anambra (3), Katsina (3), Ondo (3), Osun (3), Plateau (3), Niger (2) and Kano (1).

As of Saturday, over 53 million cases have been reported worldwide, with more than 32.8 million of those listed as recovered, according to a coronavirus tracking tool maintained by Johns Hopkins UniversityN. The global death toll now stands at more than 1.3 million.
