God created every human emotion we feel.
🎯He designed us to cry when we are sad and laugh when you are happy.
🎯’For everything there is a season… A time to cry and a time to laugh,’ the Bible says.
🎯If you are still alive By His Grace (BHG) the possibilities for a greater tomorrow are enormous and that is enough reason to brighten up!
🎯Studies have found the following benefits of laughter:
🎯Stimulates your full body: Laughing will boost your oxygen intake and release endorphins, the feel-good hormones that make you happy.
🎯Makes you feel better: Charlie Chaplin says “Laughter is the tonic, the relief, the surcease for pain.”
🎯Increases your immunity: a hearty laugh fuels your immune system with disease-fighting powers that will help you stay healthy and energetic.
🎯Promotes heart health: it reduces blood pressure and improves blood flow, which will in turn reduce your odds of suffering a stroke or heart attack.
🎯Laughter burns calories: it raises your heart rate and caloric expenditure, resulting in about 10-40 calories burned over 15 minutes of laughter.
🎯Laughter boosts mood and confidence.
